Good posture and core strength are closely related, so we've designed the workouts in this category to help improve your posture and upper body control using fitness moves from classical Pilates as well as the Fuse method, general fitness and Irish dance technique. Targeted areas include arms, shoulders and upper back as well as core strength and hip stability.
