Core Control + Obliques [All Levels]
In this express obliques-focused workout, we'll emphasize core control, hip stabilization and upper body strength. Using the "roll-up" - a great classical Pilates exercise that we find to be particularly beneficial for Irish dancers - as well as "roll-up" variations from the Fuse repertoire, we'll focus on full core engagement while keeping control and alignment.
