In this advanced workout, we'll use a series of obliques-focused Pilates and Fuse method moves in order to strengthen and activate core! We'll target our obliques using twisting, rotating movements which are an excellent way to increase control and overall power while dancing. Because it's important to focus on precision and form, we designed this workout specifically for Irish dance to include elements of turnout, crossing and leg activation. Note that this is part of our "advanced" level workout category, so it's highly recommended that you have experience working through the "basics", "all level" and "intermediate" categories first before attempting this workout.
