This workout, called "core flow", is designed to help you connect breath to movement in a dynamic and dance-oriented way. We'll focus primarily on our abs (upper, lower & obliques), in addition to some leg work, all the while emphasizing the quality of each movement and working to create movement smoothly & naturally - exactly how we want to present our dancing onstage.
