We'll give you the tools to ignite your core in this unique "core control" workout, featuring a series of challenging, flowing abdominal exercises as well as a plank set. The overall focus, of course, is to keep strength and precision in your abs in order to help translate directly to your dance practice. Note also that there are several variations included in this workout to allow students to make their workout even more challenging!
