Control Your Core [All Levels]
Technique Focus: Posture

The focus in this workout - "core control" - gives you tools to engage your deep abdominal muscles in order to effectively keep your upper body still yet engaged at the same time. We'll begin with a roll-up series, activating our upper and lower abs simultaneously to help us move with grace, transitioning to some standing exercises designed to reinforce the idea of "core control" while you're dancing. Every Celticore workout is designed to parallel the needs of Irish dance athletes, and we really appreciate any feedback you might have!
