Upper Back Strength + Injury Prevention [All Levels]
Arms + Upper Body Workouts • 8m 28s
In this workout, it's all about your back! We'll focus on strengthening our back muscles to help us stabilize and control our upper body movement. Using a combination of face-down lying exercises - with a few planks thrown in towards the end, just for fun! - we'll work to create length in our back while also focusing on injury prevention. [The low back / lower spinal area is a common spot for back pain / injury, so be sure you pay careful attention and listen to your body if something doesn't feel quite right] Thanks for tuning in + have a great workout!
