In this workout, we present a series of exercises designed to assist with your Irish dance footwork, through strategic ankle mobilization, balance challenges and leg work. We've also incorporated some beneficial exercises for the muscles in your foot, including working to keep your arch strong and supported.

What You Need: No equipment needed (we recommend you practice without wearing shoes to focus on your arch)
