In this workout, we'll move through a dynamic series of exercises for Irish dancers which will explore the relationship between posture and turnout! By emphasizing the relationship between these two areas of Irish dance technique, you'll gain an increased awareness of your dancing form which will ideally translate to the stage! Enjoy your workout!
