In this NEW "Core Concepts" workout, we'll engage our entire abdominal powerhouse to improve both posture and turnout for Irish dance. We'll introduce some new exercises to the online studio as well as some of the classical Pilates moves which are known for being so effective for Irish dancers! Enjoy your workout!
