It's time for another Celticore standing workout! This workout focuses on building strength & gaining control in our lower body - activating our calves, quads and glutes through a thoughtful system of Pilates-inspired standing exercises - including a new move called a "cross lunge" developed specifically for Irish dancers (be sure you stay controlled & focus on form throughout all movement!). And, of course, remember to keep breathing!
