Perfect your posture and control with planks! Planking can be done in multiple ways. Don’t dread the plank! Irish dancing requires a strong and still upper body with control of super fast feet. Alexandra’s plank series will help you keep great posture while articulating your legs. Your core, back, and shoulders will thank you!

What You Need: Squishy Ball (optional)
