Here's some bonus movement science terms which are beneficial for YOU:
Balance - Neuroplasticity? Propreoception? Science! We need both to balance and find balance! Propreoception means: "awareness of the position and movement of the body". When we close our eyes, our vestibular system (what helps us balance) has to kick in! How’s your vestibular system working? Test it out in this series of drills. By practicing balancing, it will get better! Sometimes in the matter of minutes. However, if you don’t use it - you’ll lose it.
Keywords: The vestibular system is a sensory system that is responsible for providing our brain with information about motion, head position, and spatial orientation; it also is involved with motor functions that allow us to keep our balance, stabilize our head and body during movement, and maintain posture.
Neuroplasticity - the ability of the brain to form and reorganize synaptic connections, especially in response to learning or experience or following injury.
AKA - practice as you want to perform!
