We present this workout from Camp Rince Ceol - Irish Dance Camp at Union College, NY - where Celticore founder Joe Duffey heads the Pilates program for nearly 500 dancers over the 4 summer camp sessions. This workout utilizes a side-lying Pilates series to tone our legs, reinforce good turnout and we might even throw in a few arm exercises just for fun! Note the unique setting - inside a beautiful church on the Union College campus in Schenectady, NY! Enjoy your workout!
