We're targeting our entire abdominal powerhouse in this workout, using a clever combination of "complete core" strengthening exercises, as well as some flexibility tools and arm work.
REMEMBER: control & precision are two essential elements of the Pilates method, and the more you focus on those aspects in your practice on the mat, the more likely you'll be able to keep it up while dancing. That's why it's important to train your body with a focus on quality each and every time!
