This workout, we present a "Posture Clinic", which incorporates a series of traditional and contemporary Fuse Pilates-method exercises designed to give your posture an added boost. We'll focus on our side waist, obliques and also add in some side-lying stability work, with the goal of keeping your upper body still and in control at all times.
