Keep Your Balance - Hip Stability [All Levels]

Do you sometimes have trouble keeping your balance? Do you find yourself wobbly when your weight is shifted to one side in certain Irish dance moves? This is a common challenge for many dancers, so we created this workout to activate some of the stabilizing muscles surrounding your hips which assist in control and balance! We'll work through an express series of exercises inspired by the Fuse Method and Yoga which will also activate your obliques and arms. Enjoy your workout!
