This workout presents a combination of low-ab strengthening exercises, continuing onto a side-lying series to engage your legs in addition to obliques. Low-ab engagement is great for Irish dancers since doing so helps to reinforce good turnout! Enjoy the series and remember to keep your low back connection with the floor when you work through any leg lowers/lifts, and adjust your leg range of motion so that you keep control.
