Here, we present another segment of our "Technique Clinic" series, designed especially for Majors / Oireachtas training. Joe will guide you through a combination standing & quadruped position (hands & knees) workout to tone your legs, glutes and core in order to help facilitate the graceful jumps and kicks we all want to achieve while on stage. There is special surprise at the end (HINT: Joe filmed this workout before a rehearsal at his local dance studio in Washington, DC). Happy training & stay strong!
