In this special "technique clinic" Pilates workout, we're focusing in on a few particular aspects of Irish dance technique which many dancers often find challenging. This feature is especially designed to assist dancers with their final weeks of competition preparation. In this workout, we use Pilates basics and adapted exercises to tone and control the muscles which contribute to helping us hold proper turnout and crossing, working our inner thighs, glutes, quads and, of course, our core. We hope that after completing this workout, you'll have gained a new sense of body awareness that will set you up for success on stage!
