"Turn It Out!" - our new turnout-focused series of workouts - use a strategic combination of Pilates leg and core work to help in your dancing. Our goal is to give you the tools to learn how to properly activate the muscles which help achieve turnout while on stage. This workout specifically focuses on hip adduction exercises (movement away from the midline). Enjoy your workout!
