Irish dancers need to have strong arms in order to keep their upper bodies still and controlled at all times while on stage. This workout feature gives you a fantastic arm workout without the need for any additional equipment. Using your own body strength, we will work our triceps, shoulders and upper back through a strategic series of dips, pushups and various other arm-toning exercises. Enjoy your workout!
