In this quick "Miniseries" workout - we'll focus on proper form to get the most out of your "double leg stretch"! Pro tip - slow things down to get deeper into the exercise! When it comes to Pilates practice, generally the slower you move, the more challenging, and therefore more effective, the exercise will be. Enjoy!
