Irish dancers are constantly reminded to turn their feet out, so this workout - a combination standing / sitting series - will activate muscles which contribute maintaining good turnout + foot placement. We begin with a standing point, squat and leg lift series, transitioning to the floor to work our inner + outer thighs, quads and of course our abs! Great for dancers & non-Irish dancers alike, keeping good turnout will also help with your posture.
