In this workout, we'll train our shoulders by using a combination of arm strengthening and side-lying exercises. Shoulder control is an important part of good posture and presentation on stage, and something which many Irish dancers find challenging. No matter what your goals may be, we know that Irish dancers need strong upper bodies in order to succeed! We hope you enjoy this workout!
