Your back experiences tremendous impact while Irish dancing, which is why it's important to take time to stretch out + tone the supporting muscles in your back. In this workout, we'll flow through a series of classical Pilates and Fuse method exercises to maintain proper spinal alignment and increase back length / openness. Remember to be gentle on your back and take each exercise at a slow, controlled pace.
