This workout helps dancers develop coordination between their upper and lower body in order to maintain an upright posture while dancing. The particular focus here will be on upper back muscle toning, in addition to working through a series of arm and core-strengthening moves.

What You Need: Mat/Towel
Exercise Credit: Classical Pilates, Fuse Method, General Fitness
