The day of any major event, and particularly Irish dance competitions, in your life will undoubtedly be filled with emotions, excitement, and nerves. We've designed this "Calm Your Core" workout to help with those pre-competition nerves, allowing you to center yourself and find the mental space you need to conquer the stage with confidence! We'll use a variety of breathing techniques, some gentle core work and deep stretching to achieve a sense of relaxation before you begin your competition.

What You Need: Mat
Exercise Credit: Classical Pilates, Fuse Pilates, Yoga
