Celticore founder Joe Duffey introduces the Online Studio program and shows you how to make the most of your Celticore experience. We recommend all students new to Pilates begin with the "Basics" series of workouts and progress from there. It's important to remember that Celticore is designed as a supplement (not a replacement) for your regular dance practice and training. By incorporating 2-3 Celticore workouts weekly - which you can customize, choosing the workouts most relevant to you, i.e. posture-focused if that's an area of weakness for you - you'll begin to feel more stronger and more confident about your cross-training goals. Remember that we're always here to help in the Studio Lounge Forum, and you can also send us an email to [email protected] if you have any questions. Thanks + enjoy your workout!
