We recommend all students new to Pilates begin with the "Basics" series of workouts and progress from there. It's important to remember that Celticore is designed as a supplement (not a replacement) for your regular dance practice and training. By incorporating 2-3 Celticore workouts weekly - which you can customize, choosing the workouts most relevant to you, i.e. posture-focused if that's an area of weakness for you - you'll begin to feel more stronger and more confident about your cross-training goals.
