Shoulder Strength + Stability [All Levels]
Your shoulders play an important role in helping you maintain good posture while dancing, so we created this workout to target shoulder strength + stability. Classical Pilates constantly cues students to keep shoulders away from ears, thereby helping to lengthen your spine + neck. We'll work through a roll-up series as well as seated shoulder toning + posture work. Enjoy!
