We are delighted to present YOGA for Irish dancers - a special all-level session led by the immensely talented Maureen Berry, Sid Yoga-certified instructor & Director/Owner of Teelin Irish Dance in Columbia, MD. Celticore is committed to delivering fun & form-focused workouts for Irish dancers. Naturally, we thought YOGA would be a great complement to your Pilates practice & dance cross-training.
