This workout aims to strengthen your lower abdominals in order to assist with extension and lift. We'll also include several hip flexor mobility exercises since any movement which targets your lower abs will also indirectly involve your hip flexors. Great as a mobility warm-up or standalone core challenge, this workout is part of our "strength & length" series, where we aim to complement Pilates core work with relevant and form-focused lengthening exercises for Irish dancers.
