"On-The-Go Abs - a Fuse Pilates workout" challenges your abs like never before! In just five minutes, you'll crunch, twist, pulse & tone. Drawing from the Fuse Pilates method (www.fusepilates.com) and classical Pilates, we'll mix in elements of other fitness disciplines and push you to maintain proper Irish dance form all throughout. A great way to warm-up, cool down or anywhere in between, this workout seeks to redefine how you cross-train!
