Intermediate Level

Workouts categorized as intermediate are great for students who are somewhat familiar with the Pilates method or have been training regularly with Celticore for approx. 2-3 months. Every body is different, so be sure to take each workout at your own pace. We'll offer modifications, but it's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly.
