Deep Core + Roll-Ups [Intermediate]

In this challenging + energizing workout, we'll emphasize deep abdominal core work using one of our favorite exercises, the roll-up! By taking each movement slowly, you'll be able to activate the muscles necessary for keeping your upper body and lower body coordinated while dancing. In this workout especially, we want to help dancers build strength through precision - the Pilates style!
