Perfect Your Posture - Neck Length [Intermediate]

In this "Perfect Your Posture" workout, we'll focus on back alignment and neck lengthening in order to keep your chin lifted while dancing (since we had a request in the Studio Lounge Forum from a student). We'll also work on a move called "neck pull" - a challenging ab-focused exercise which helps you think about the connection between your spine, head and neck, in order to give you a tall, confidence stance on stage. Please remember, as with all Celticore workouts, focus on your form and don't forget to breathe!
