"Point your toes!" Chances are, at some point in your Irish dance career, your teacher has said that to you! In this workout, we'll move through a series of Pilates exercises adapted for Irish dance technique, with the goal of helping to achieve nicely pointed toes and arched feet. We'll also aim to increase body awareness in order to help you understand how you can maintain pointed toes while dancing. Pilates exercises are highly beneficial for this aspect of Irish dance technique and we are thrilled to be able to share our expertise to help you become the best dancer you can be!
