We designed this workout to help you "Get Tall!" - by focusing on posture + arm work. The idea of maintaining a lifted posture while dancing can be challenging, so we've put together a medley workout of exercises designed to enhance core strength, abdominal control and upper body positioning. We hope you enjoy this workout!
