Complete Core is a full-on Pilates experience that is an exciting new way for Irish dancers to cross-train! In this compact yet high energy workout, with some innovative Pilates exercises from the Fuse Pilates method, we'll engage nearly every muscle in our body to assist in our core strengthening exercises. You'll be surprised how much we can pack in to a quick 15-minute session. All you need is a mat or soft surface to take part.
