We'll focus on strengthening our obliques in this workout, using a twisting, rotating series of Pilates exercises. Your obliques assist with control and upper body stance while you're dancing. Our sequence in this video workout will challenge you to control each movement - particularly when we get into "criss-cross" - one of the most challenging, oblique-intensive exercises in the Pilates repertoire!
