In this workout, we are giving our knees some much needed attention! Irish dancers’ knees are notoriously injury-prone, so this series incorporates an array of exercises to strengthen and stretch many of the surrounding muscles which support our knees. Joe cues several ways to protect your knee joints throughout, and we saw this as a great opportunity to add in a gentle Yoga movement series at the end of the workout. And not to worry, we’ll still put your abs to work!
