Welcome to Miniseries by Celticore! In this first release, we'll work on Leg Circles - a classical Pilates move - by training using the foundational concepts of Pilates. Leg Circles are a great way to work hip stability, lower abdominal activation and proprioception (body awareness). Enjoy your [classical] workout!
