Get ready to engage your core with the "double leg stretch" - one of the original Pilates moves and an exercise which helps Irish dancers increase core strength as well as focus on leg extension and leg power! In this quick "Miniseries" workout - we'll focus on proper form to get the most out of your "double leg stretch"! Pro tip - slow things down to get deeper into the exercise! When it comes to Pilates practice, generally the slower you move, the more challenging, and therefore more effective, the exercise will be. Enjoy!
