In this All-Levels workout, we introduce a flowing series of core AND leg-focused moves in order to best train effectively for Irish dance. Throughout each movement, we'll also emphasize turnout and crossing. We hope you enjoy this unique blend of classical Pilates and contemporary Fuse Pilates-style exercises!
