When we dance, it's important to avoid over-arching or under-arching our lower back, resulting in a pelvic tilt. In this brief technique seminar, we'll discuss the difference between an anterior vs. posterior pelvic tilt and work on finding a "happy medium" point, which will help you appear taller and keep your arms more controlled while dancing.
